Seminar on The impact of political economic and financial risk on stock market performance at UAP

 

The Department of Business Administration arranged a seminar on "The impact of political economic and financial risk on stock market performance" at the seminar room of the Department on 31st of May 2015 under the supervision of Mr. Mahmud Rahman, Assistant Prof. and Ms. Nazreen Tabassum Chowdhury, Lecturer DBA.

The primary objective of this seminar was to expose our students to the practical world of capital market and its role in building national economy. Such exposure would help students gain more insight into the different aspects of country's stock market and to consider capital market as a potential source of investment.

The Presenter of the seminar was Mr. Saiful Islam, Consultant of an investment firm and Former Head of Investment Research Division, IDLC. After the presentation, Mr. Saiful Islam had an interactive Q & A session with the students.
